Production of ABCU

Absorption-biochemical units (ABCU) are designed for wet purification of ventilation air from volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and associated suspended solids in foundries, woodworking, mineral wool production, chemical and other industries.

The team of the enterprise in the period from 1983 to 1991 was a part of the Belarusian Polytechnic Institute. On the basis of the branch laboratory of the Ministry of Tractor and Agricultural Engineering it participated in a number of research projects on the development of technology and devices for dust and gas purification of ventilation air.
From 1989 to the present, industrial implementation of systems for wet capture of harmful substances contained in the ventilation air, with biochemical neutralization of the resulting absorption solution, has been carried out.

Today more than 140 ABCU are operated at 60 enterprises of Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan

- compact or distributed version of ABCU;
- outdoor or indoor (combined) placement.

Design and production of equipment:
- stainless steel version;
- made of steel St3 with a protective decorative coating.

Author's supervision over the commissioning of gas purification units.

Maintenance and preventive repairs of ABCU (at the request of the enterprise).
